JUNIOR COMPETITIONS

The Ipswich Touch Association Junior competition caters for children from Under 8 to Under 12. There are currently 2 seasons being run per year, in Term 1 and Term 4.  The Junior competition is played on Thursday nights. ​

 

 

2026 TERM 4 - JUNIOR COMPETITION - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Team Nominations Open: 8th August 2026

• Team Nominations Close:  Friday 4th September 2026

  • Please Note - Team Nominations will close once registrations meet capacity.  Get in quick to avoid missing out.​

• New Players:  If your child is interested in playing but doesn't have a team, Click Link below, and we will assist to get them involved.

• Round Robin Matches (Pre-Season): Thurs 10th September '26 & Thurs 17th September '26

• Season Commencement Date: Thursday 8th October 2026

• Grand Final and Play Offs: Thursday 3rd December 2026​

• Potential wet weather catch up rounds

  • Season may be extended to Thursday 10 December 2026 depending on weather during season.

  • Thursday 26th November 2026 will be Semi Final or Catch Up round, depending on weather during season.

  • U8 Mixed - 2018 & 2019​

  • U10 Boys & Girls - 2016 & 2017

  • U12 Boys & Girls - 2014 & 2015

• Game Times:   4.30pm – 8pm (times depending on team nominations)

• Cost:

  • Comp Fee - $80 per player

  • Annual Membership Fees - $65 Annual Membership Fee ($30 TFA (Touch Football Australia) & $35 QTF (Qld Touch Football).  Annual Membership current 1/7 to 30/6 each year
