The 11th annual Ipswich Super 8s Touch Football competition will be held at Jim Finimore Sports Grounds, Leichhardt from Friday, 9th January to Saturday, 21st February 2026.

 

The competition will be limited to 6 men’s teams and 6 women’s teams, showcasing some of South East Queensland’s best touch players — including State of Origin and National representatives.

 

Teams will play two games every Friday night, with finals moving to a new Saturday format on 21st February. This provides the perfect preparation for the 2026 NTL Competition.

 

📌 Registration: $980 per team (includes sponsored playing singlets and a game ball).

 

Important Dates

* Nominations Close: Friday, 24th November 2025

* Teams advised whether they are selected: Friday, 6th November 2025

* Deposit Due ($400): Friday, 28th November 2025

* Balance of Fees Due: Friday, 19th December 2025

* Season Commences: Friday, 9th January 2026

* Finals (Semi & Grand): Saturday, 21st February 2026

Cost per team: $980 (7 weeks + finals day)

 

To confirm your place, teams must submit the Team Nomination Form, Uniform Order Form, and required COE acceptance pages by the nomination deadline. Nominations will only be accepted and confirmed once forms are received.
